Potholes Bad Intersection This is a bad intersection that has many huge potholes. This is one of our busiest intersections on the east side of Saint Paul Minnesota. This could or maybe is the worst multiple pothole damage in the metro area seen so far. This 2014 season may be a record high for the cost of repairs due to freeze and thawing cycles this year.
