Just Because is a Hawaiian song from 1929, written byJoe Shelton, Sydney RobinandBob Sheltonand originally recorded byNelstone s Hawaiians(Hubert Nelson and James D. Touchstone). The song has been covered many times since and recorded by a large number of artists, likeThe Shelton Brothers and the Lone Star Cowboysin 1933. The Prairie Ramblers 1935 version is by far our favourite check it out and you wont be sorry Elvis Presley recorded this song famously at the Sun Studios decades later. Other artists include Frankie Yankovic, Paul McCartney, Al Hirt, Jorma Kaukonen, Brian Setzer, Anna and I decided to give it our own twist in another Central Hills Session in our home in Crystal Palace, London.
