Another fence today at the White House after removing the old fence yesterday pre Cherry Blossoms

UPDATE: After reexamining some old videos, some of these new fences were actually there before, but they have now been reinforced and tied together with new new fences that were added yesterday along with bike racks to block some access points. They also put in some new new fences to areas that were previously open with the old fence. Just wanted to clarify. Thanks to those who pointed this out in the comments. The first rule of government is never throw away anything unless you have made a copy of it first, and that seems to apply to the White House grounds as well where the fences that were removed yesterday have now been replaced with smaller, but just as restrictive fences today. Access to the Ellipse, which I was able to visit yesterday, is once again prohibited this morning as I made my way around the area South of the White House grounds.
