1957 Gibson CF 100 E played by Joe Robinson

Joe Robinson plays Affirmation on a 57 CF100E. Both the guitar and amp are micd. The CF100E features a Florentine cutaway, spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and a singlecoil pickup mounted in the top, below the fingerboard. The model was only produced between 1951 and 1958. The guitar has the same body dimensions as the LG models. This particular example is in solid playing condition but does have a moderate amount of finish checking and cosmetic wear on the back of the body, neck, and near the soundhole. This example does have a repaired top crack with some attempted finish touch up near the tone knob and an extra strap button hole on the neck heel. The rosewood fingerboard has a 1 11, 16 nut width and a total scale length of Includes a hard case.
