Lucky escape (twice) from this car thief ( UK) ITV London News 26th March 2019

Seeing is believing with this story. A man viewed a car and a test drive and then decided to steal it with the owner being dragged alongside for while. This was the first lucky escape, as the then weird behaviour caught by the thief on camera is revealed. The next lucky thing to happen was that it was found outside of the home of a friend a few hours later, another lucky escape from having to have all the hassle of a stolen car that could have been gone forever (and all that entails, new car, paperwork, police reports, insurance forms, heartache, time wasted, etc, etc, ).
