Robert Benchley Home Early (1939)

Robert Benchley takes off from work early to go home and surprise his wife. He gets the surprise when he arrives and discovers his wife is hosting a bridgeparty, and the house is filled with chattering women. He goes upstairs and finds Junior sulking there. A trip to the cellar leads to Benchley taking several samples of homebrew, and then decides that putting on an Indian costume and going upstairs whooping and brandishing a tomahawk will be amusing to his wife and her friends. It isn t
