Please share subscribe Here are two great buddy stretches for those lame shoulders of yours. Remember the goal here is to stretch, not rip the tendons off the bones. You wont get more flexible faster by hurting yourself itll actually do the opposite. Throw these in before and after training along with all your other rolling, dynamic ROM work and any other static stretches you do, like these:
