My cover of The Crisis by Ennio Morricone as featured in The Legend of 1900 and Seven Pounds. If you re not already familiar with this piece, you may think it sounds off at first, but the dissonance is intentional. The clashing minor, major 3rd is said to represent both sadness and happiness, and in this case you ll realise that it is fittingly beautiful and Morricone is a genius After recording the piano part I overdubbed the strings in Ableton Live.
