King Charles receives Scottish crown jewels BBC News

Britains King Charles has been presented with the Scottish crown jewels as part of a ceremony to mark his coronation. Queen Camilla and the Prince and Princess of Wales joined the King in St Giles Cathedral for the ceremony in Edinburgh, Scotland which celebrated the Kings Coronation. Thousands of people gathered in Scotland s capital to watch the celebrations, including many taking part in a Peoples Procession. There were also a number of protests and antimonarchy rallies taking place across the city, with a small group of protesters arrested.
