The first Baba Yaga song is from the 1998 Australian folk CD 3 Sheilas by wellknown lesbian folk singer Judy Small, along with Kavisha Mazzella, Bronwyn Calcutt. This song covers most of the historical attributes associated with the mythological Russian witch Baba Yaga, such as her house on chicken legs, skull fence, flying mortar and pestle, as well as her strength ferocity. The Pagans, a 1960 s American garage rock band, recorded the second Baba Yaga song in 1965.
