Noriko Matsubara Teaching in the Global Pandemic Japan

Noriko Matsubara is the owner and an English teacher of the small private school in Japan, 英語教室 notogawa SKY, in Higashiomishi, Shiga, Japan. She wants her students to communicate with, and learn about, children in other countries. Her students range from 1st to 12th grade. There are 1 to 7 children are in each class. Noriko studies at Kobe City University of Foreign Studies, Department of Russian Studies Kobeshi, Hyogo, Japan. She briefly studied at University of Oregon in the United States.
