DIY: fully shirred lolita skirt with a ruffle hem (tutorial)

I had massive problems rendering and uploading this video so it s almost a week late, I m really sorry I thought I should use some kind of difficulty levels for my projects, so here we go: level 1 is really easy and simple, and level 5 is hard and really time consuming. The skirt without the ruffle is level 1, and skirt with the ruffle is level 2. So both are pretty easy, I thought that this is a nice project to start with. :) The pattern:
