There is a cease fire between Slovenian military in the independence movement and the Yugoslavian army. Slovenia independence movement has been a week old. Yugoslavia demands a withdraw of Slovenian forces and give military supplies back to the Yugoslavian government. The cease fire is shaky and Slovenians are rejecting the peace offerings. The Serbs are the largest group inside Yugoslavia but are a minority in the two breakaway republics of Slovenia and Croatia. Serbians dominate the makeup of the Yugoslavian army. Slovenians want independence and are tired of being ruled by others.
