International Guest Lecture Harmonization of Transnational Business Law, with Japans perspectives

Professor Souichirou Kozuka, a (in law) from Tokyo s Gakushuin University, has shared his thoughts on the harmonization of transnational corporate law from a Japanese perspective. There are various impediments to transnational business law harmonization, including disparities in each country s legal systems and political issues.
