Biden is celebrating the US losing reliable energy capacity with climate plan

Industrial Progress President Alex Epstein says potentially onefifth of reliable energy capacity in the US is on the chopping block as President Joe Biden targets emission cuts in his climate plan. And hes celebrating this, Mr Epstein told Sky News host Rita Panahi. So when this guy is celebrating, oh its so great, wind is going to be going through where coal used to wind is not controllable, its not reliable. If youre shutting down coal and trying to replace it with wind, you are lowering your reliable capacity.
