Two women paint designs on to a variety of accessories: hats made from felt and Buckram, a satin jumper, a cloak and a kimono. A gorgeous peacockblue satin kimono is just sweet when a golden dragon is The kimono and one of the hats are modelled for the camera. The women who are painting the designs wear the same dress so this is presumably a job rather than a home craft or perhaps they are twins The hats are pretty wild.
