Turn An Old Robe Into A Romantic Chenille Lace Jacket w, Collage Angel Applique

Two tutorials in one In this DIY upcycling video we will create a romantic chenille, vintage lace jacket. This lovely jacket will have a flowy cape like feel with flared sleeves and we will be dying it purple. In additions to that, we will create a sweet whimsical collage angel from fabric scraps. This handmade angel will become an applique that we sew to the back of the jacket. I sold my creations for many years and these beautiful angels were very popular. This artful collage applique can also be sewn to flannel shirts, t shirts, jean jackets, tote bags, pillows and so much more.
