Arabian Horned Viper

The Arabian Horned Viper is one of three species of snake that have hornlike scales that protrude from the top of their heads. They are a sandy brown color that matches the sand and help to camouflage this snake. The head is broad and roughly triangular. They are capable of injecting large amounts of venom into prey.
