Seeking Searchers For Missing Person Dennis Burton in Death Valley, Panamint Mountains 3, 2, 24

The Wonderhussy Report A woman recently emailed me, asking if I knew anyone who could take her out to Panamint Valley to look for a missing person named Dennis Burton, whose truck had been found abandoned with an empty gas tank in Goler Wash. Cathy runs an organization called the FowlerO Sullivan Foundation, which searches for missing hikers even after official Search and Rescue efforts have ended. We ended up rounding up a group of dedicated locals, and headed out to Goler Canyon to see what we could see and to set up a base camp for the official, methodical grid search this coming weekend (3, 23, 3, 24).
