Russian Exchange Students Meet Greet

On January 13, 2015, student s from Russia s Saint Petersburg State University, in conjunction with Frederick Community College, visited the United States. They visited several U. S. cities, including New York City, Washington, DC, and Frederick, MD, where they got a chance to visit homeless shelters and social services organizations in order to gain insight into how the United States assists those who are underpriviledged or going through hard times.
