5000 STEPS IN 30 MIN WALKING WORKOUT AT HOME, calorie burning super sweaty fast walking
Get your 5000 steps with this energetic, fun and upbeat at home walking workout in 30 minutes. It is a perfect low impact workout for beginners and those wanting to burn some extra calories and get the sweat on. PLEASE NOTE Some smart devices don t count some of the moves as a step. Single leg jack for example so it might be worth testing to see if yours does. I wouldn t be discouraged if you don t hit the 5k target as it might not be a true representation of the steps you did. There is a timer for each exercise lasting 60s and a preview of the next move. You will have 30s break half way through to catch you breath and get some water. REMEMBER the amount of steps you will do will depend on the pace and effort you are putting in. The faster your march the more steps you will get.
