Mike Ness 1976 Les Paul Deluxe

For the last four decades, SoCal punk pioneer and rock n roll icon Mike Ness has set the standard for the punk rock movement. As cofounder, lead guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter for Social Distortion, he has influenced generations of artists with his music and perseverance. The Gibson Custom Shop is proud to partner with Mike to announce the release of the Mike Ness 1976 Les Paul Deluxe. A selfdescribed Gibson guy, Mikes main guitar of choice is a modified 1976 Les Paul Deluxe Goldtop, which served as the basis for his signature model. It comes equipped with a threepiece maple neck, a twopiece plain maple top, and a mahogany, maple, mahogany back. The stock mini humbuckers have been replaced by P90s, which Mike prefers. The stunning Goldtop finish has been expertly aged by the artisans of the Murphy Lab to match Mikes original guitar. In addition, the Orange County, Clay Smith Cams Mr. Horsepower, and I Voted stickers featured on Mikes guitar are included. For details, visit
