Full title reads: Berlin. Amidst a Nation s Rejoicings. President Von Hindenburg celebrates his 85th Birthday, after attending service in Garrison Church, reviews Company of Honour carrying standards of his own Berlin, Germany. President of the Republic, Von Hindenburg, walks out of a church. A small girl presents him with a bunch of flowers. Hindenburg walks past flag bearing troops and a military band. A crowd cheer him on. Hindenburg inspects the band as they play the German national anthem. He stops to talk to some of the troops holding flags from regiments of the army. The flags in the foreground often obscure the view. Troops goosestep about a little. Von Hindenburg take the salute as goosestepping troops with field kits march past him.
