Although Count Dracula (David Niven) has plenty of victims, he s grown lonely, and wants nothing more than to bring back to life his great love, Countess Vampira (Teresa Graves). The trouble is, he needs a very rare blood type in order to revive her, and, despite having opened up his castle to tourists, none of them is a match.
