The Wildest Howl In The Pack Jackal is a versatile rock guitar which combines the best of what we love in classic doublecut guitars. We took the unrivaled rocking tone combination of Humbucker and P90 pickups on a Spanish Cedar body and mixed it with the classic S contours and versatility. Jackal is a double cut style guitar with a long tenon set neck and extra deep cutaways that offer excellent access to the entire neck. We equipped the Jackal with a 2 point Gotoh tremolo which spiced it up with some sweet and chimey tones and a more fendery attack characteristics. We chose Spanish Cedar as the Jackals body wood. Spanish Cedar is a relative of Honduran Mahogany and they share a similarity in character as tonewoods. Its got the right weight and tone for that classic rock sound.
