Strength Based Movements: 1. Basic Squat 2. Single Leg RDL (Right, Left) 3. Reverse Lunge (Right, Left) 4. Alt. Lateral Lunge 5. Jump Squat 6. Single Leg Jumps 7. Lateral Bound 8. Lunge Jump 9. Side leg raises (Right, Left) 10. Various Core Movements Dynamic Movements: 1. Power skips 2. Heel flicks 3. High knees 4. Open, Close up the hips 5. Lateral shuffle with arm swings 6. High knee carioca 7. Hamstring sweeps, Figure 4s 8. Cross Body Hamstring kicks 9. Quick high knees into a 20 yard 75 sprint 10. Walking Juggling Ball work: 1. Passing back and forth using both feet (30 seconds) 2. Lateral moving volleys alternating (5 passes each foot) 3. Backward to forward headers (10 headers)
