RIP Dusty Hill of ZZ Top. Dusty Hill, bassist and lead vocalist of American rock band ZZ Top, passed away on Wednesday July 28, 2021 at the age of 72, singer Billy Gibbons and drummer Frank Beard said in a statement on social media. Hill died in his sleep at his Houston home, but its unknown whether his death has anything to do with the hip problems he was struggling with. Because of those issues, Hill had to cancel the ZZ Top tour last week.
