Training 24, 7 The Life of a Triathlete

We created this video which cronicles my training for St. Croix 70. 3 starting in November 2007. I knew in February I would be giving a talk to some elementary school students to introduce them to triathlon, sports nutrition and what it means to have faith in yourself and your dreams. This video really brought my training to life for them. Not only did the kids love the video, I can now say it was all worth it.
