SUPER EASY DELICIOUS ORANGE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE RECIPE A GREAT DESSERT TO SERVE TO FAMILY FRIENDS

This easy and delicious orange upside down cake is the perfect choice to serve your family and friends in these winter days. Ingredients: 2 oranges thinly sliced (use sweet types of oranges with thin skin) 180 gr granulated sugar 3 eggs 180 ml regular yogurt 40 gr coconut flakes 180 ml melted butter Zest of one orange 20 ml orange juice 300320 gr allpurpose flour 5 gr vanilla sugar 10 gr of baking powder 5 gr of baking soda To avoid bitter flavor, in this recipe I used sweet type of orange with thin skin. If you don t have sweet oranges you can use regular ones, but to get rid of bitterness you can peel the skin of oranges or blanch them in syrup. Bake in preheated oven at 180C degree 3040 min.
