Driving the Golden Spike

This week we are at Promontory to see Chad O Connors recreations of the Jupiter and Union Pacific, 119. May 10th is National Train Day celebrating the driving of the Golden Spike at Promontory Utah on May 10 1869. Events are held around the country, but mostly at the Union Station in Ogden Utah and the Golden Spike Historic Site where they reenact the driving of the Golden Spike.
