She is also the founder and president of Dont Hide It Flaunt It (DHIFI), which is a nonprofit whose mission is to advance understanding, tolerance, and mutual respect for people s differences. It provides flaunt it Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and antibullying programming to public and private schools, universities, community service organizations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs at Fortune 500 companies.
