An Introduction to Embryonic Breathing: A Body Mind Centering Approach
When I was very ill 20 years ago, I discovered a way to breathe different from anyway I had ever breathed before. It was a breathing through the fluid rather than a breathing through the air. At first it was difficult and required minimal effort but concentrated focus. I could breathe this way for only a few moments before I would gasp for breath and I would return to my regular breathing.
