On January 17th 2020 I handdelivered an application detailing my experiences with gangstalking and DEW attacks to the Sakura Police Station in Sakura City, Tochigi, Japan. The application was constructed by Mr. Terukatsu Ishibashi, Chairman of Technology Crime Damage Networkin Japan, a specified nonprofit organization.
