The new Feudal Age; how the 15 Minute City will mean the return of the Middle Ages to Britain

The idea of breaking cities into separate zones, where residents will need permits to travel to, or work, in another part of the city sounds grotesquely similar to life in China. Oxford is being used to trial this scheme, which is liable to lead to a horribly restricted view of the world; to say nothing of increasing the number of ghettoes in our inner cities.
