Police hunt BMW driver who struck five year old girl in hit and run incident

Police are hunting a motorist who mounted the pavement and hit a fiveyearold girl before fleeing the scene. The grey BMW was caught on CCTV in Cardiff over the Easter holidays overtaking at a junction and losing control.
