Joe Biden is not fine

Fox News host Jesse Watters says Joe Biden is not fine after the president was filmed taking tumble while on a bike ride with his wife Jill Biden. Mr Biden was finishing up a ride near his Delaware beach home when he stopped to greet supporters and media. Secret Service agents helped the 79yearold back to his feet, where he spoke to onlookers before riding away from the incident uninjured.
