Central cube sets Paris micro flat into work, living, rest modes

To create more functionality in a 16squaremeter (172squarefoot) Paris apartment, designers Elisa Nobile and Enrico Bona created a custom cabinet containing two beds, a desk, a kitchen and a bathroom with an unfolding shower. The furniture cube leaves more than half the space clear so it can be used as a rotating bedroom, dining room or home office: a secondary table descends from an adjacent wall offering space for the owners modelmaking interests.
