A hard morning in the gym for Ben with his coach Andy McKenzie that included 1RM efforts (including a 180kg, 397lb box squat and a deadhang chesttobar chin up with 50kg, 110lb, both at 80kg, 176lb bodyweight) followed by the inaugural Scott Test, a demanding nonstop combination of lunges and highknee steps with 50 bodyweight on a bar (40kg, 88lb in this case).
