KILLER SUPERSETS, Strength Cardio Workout with Weights
KILLER Supersets Today s Total Body workout is made up of 8 killer supersets. The focus is on building strength and lean muscle tone by incorporating dumbbells and bursts of cardio. Woohooo Grab those weights and follow along You ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells + a Skipping Rope to complete this workout. I used a set of 7 kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
