This week we created a stylized model of a dog and used sweeps and spheres to create a flowing, abstract background. We also used the compositing tag to separate out the dog s alpha from the background, allowing us to tweak colors and contrast in photoshop. This is often a simpler workflow than altering many textures and rerendering in your 3d software. We also added some hand drawn details to the background in photoshop with a wacom tablet.
