Pullups on Rings 10 reps 4. Leg Lifts 5 reps 5. Pistols 6 reps, side 6. Pullups ( unassisted ) 3 reps 7. Jump Lunges 30 reps Поставьте таймер на 20 минут и выполните максимальное количество кругов.
