How to Make Ice Vod Koffee

A drink made with ice, vodka, coffee, and milk (kahlua can added). It is kinda like a Ice cappuccino but with coffee mixed with a white or black Russian (vodka and coffee liqueur, or vodka and milk) The portions I used were: Coffee 4 oz Vodka 2 oz Sugar 3 teaspoons milk (The measurements of ingredients can be changed to whatever tastes best to you.
