Yoga Exercises with the Cat and Standing Forward Bend and Downward Dog Poses In this video, I will begin by doing the cat pose. By arching my back and breathing, it will stretch your back. From there, I will do a standing forward bend pose. This will stretch your legs and back. I will transition into a downward dog pose. This will really stretch your back. For the final part of the routine, I will do a simple lotus pose. I will end by doing some basic breathing exercises. Yoga is serenity.
