Black people and conspiracy theories

A lot of research in the United Sates, including some by the United States Department of Justice, suggests that AfricanAmericans are more prone to adopt conspiracy theories than either AsianAmericans or white people. Is this same syndrome observable in Britain If so, might it explain the readiness to follow some of the more bizarre theories relating to black history in Britain
