Couple gets quarantined for no reason

Tom and Cathy are not RDA fans, (never heard of us) and believe COVID is a real threat to our public safety, no one could call them conspiracy theorists. However, they can objectively say they ve been treated unfairly by DHHS and should never have been hotel quarantined in the first place. They struggle to get answers, they get sent misleading and incorrect correspondence from staff and the food service could possibly be going against the food safety regulations in Victoria.
