IT S NOT THE SAME AS TURNING OVER A LEFTY GUITAR. That would be EBGDAE. This is still EADGBE in the usual order, but the octaves in which each note resides is now changed (except the G string, that one stays the same). You can think of it as octave displacement tuning.
