Just a little video of what my otter (Oscar) gets up to It is perfectly legal to own an otter in my country I did not purchase him from a shop or animal market I rescued him from some people that had him in a cage not much bigger than him for about 2 years only eating bread, He has never even been in water or gone outside when we first let him out he had some very tight nylon rope around his neck and body and was biting a lot, once we removed this he instantly felt no more threat, he came up to us and snug br, br,
