David Lynchs Dune (1984) stillsuit creation

Bob Ringwood, the film s costume designer, talks about giving the Stillsuits a distinctively organic look. But this also created the problem of manufacturing the tightly quilted and intricately tubed suits. Mark Siegel and crew from Don Post, helped solve this problem and provided intricately hand constructed Stillsuit costumes for the production.
