Lockheed Martin s F 22 A Raptor Rocks the Dubai Airshow AIN

One of the stars of the flying display at the 2019 Dubai Airshow is the Lockheed Martin F22A Raptor. A squadron of the aircraft was deployed earlier this year to Qatar to strengthen U. S. Forces stationed in the Gulf region amid continuing tensions with Iran. The fifthgeneration twinengine aircraft was originally designed as an allweather stealth tactical fighter for use in air superiority missions, but it also has ground attack, electronic warfare, and signal intelligence capabilities.
