The Venus Cycle The formation of one heart(or one rose petal), then two, then three, then four, then five, create a rose pattern with a pentacle in the middle. All based on the synodic (meeting place) cycle of Venus, Earth and Sun. The Rose and Pentacle can be traced around the zodiac, one loop taking 1. 6 years, one whole cycle taking 8 years to complete. No wonder Venus is symbolic of love, beauty and creation
